FV35-R release

The newly-developed FV35-R sets the standard for automatic vacuum forming machines. 

The FV35R rounds off the successful FV range of thermoforming machines adding a smaller and affordable alternative to the existing FV35 and TVP35 models. Already at the design stage, the main emphasis was put in keeping this machine as simple and robust as possible.

The new-developed heater simplifies the existing design by replacing the shutter in the heater by a movable cover, which is pneumatically operated. In addition, the heating area can be easily set as a multiple of the feed length by manually adjusting a second sliding plate under the heater.

The forming unit, consisting in two pneumatically driven movable tables, allows forming heights of 80 mm below the plastic line, either with positive or negative tools. The forming area provides an effective working surface of 500 x 350 mm.

A pneumatic driven steel rue die cutting with a well toggle system for the lower table comes as standard. This cutting station provides an effective punching force of 20 tones. The full station can be manually moved to the right position when there is a format change.

The FV35R can run through all movement sequences at a dry-running speed up to 20 cycles per minute.

Materials such as PS, OPS, PVC and PET can be processed on the FV35R, up to 500 µ thickness.

The standard configuration on the FV35R does not include an automatic stacker; therefore the formed parts are separated from the web by the operator. A downward stacker is available as an option for this machine.
