Handling system driven by linear motors designed for the stacking of vacuum formed parts according to A & B configuration. This system is designed to be offered as an option for the TVP64 and 67 series, replacing the existing stacking.
The pick and place unit is mounted at the end of two movable arams, driven by two interlaced linear motors. The position of the motors along the guiding bars determines the degree of opening and closing of the movable arms and therefore the position of the pick and place unit in the loading and offloading points. Pick and place head is provided by a 180 degrees pneumatic turn.
When arms are closed the pick and place unit is placed in the loading point. Formed parts are picked up by vacuum cups and pulled up. Translation and rotation movements take place simultaneously in order to drop the part in the offloading point in the correct A - B configuration.
