Hamer Packaging delivers two full blister-pack automatic lines

The BPC35N is an horizontal FFS line specially designed to produce large volumes of blister-packs. The large forming area (500 x 350 mm) allows the production of any size of blister packs.

The operation runs in line: starting from the roll, material is unwound and heated before the blister cavity is vacuum formed. An open area follows where blisters are filled with the products.

Hamer Packaging works in close cooperation with well-known partners to integrate customized solutions in printing and labeling, inside the BPC operation, avoiding separate additional operations.

Blister packs are sealed, the euro-hole is punched and the perimeter is cut by a steel rule die cutting station. The ready made blister is delivered on a conveyor belt.

A standard BPC line can be easily customized to meet customer's specs. The same machine can be used to manufacture flat plastic blisters, cartoon blisters and even double bubble blisters, suitable for heavy products.
